About Me

Over the past ten years, I've had the privilege of working across the full lifecycle of digital product development. This journey has allowed me to view products from multiple perspectives and shaped the way I approach challenges — with curiosity, empathy, and a strong technical foundation.

Starting out as a software developer, I learned to think in systems and to communicate complex topics clearly without oversimplifying. This technical grounding enables me to collaborate closely with engineering teams and truly understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.

Later, as a team lead, I supported developers and designers not just in delivering results, but in growing both personally and professionally. I've seen the frustrations and pressures that teams face firsthand — and I've worked to create environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

In recent years, I've decided to leverage my analytical and communication skills and focused on developing my expertise as Product Manager. I gained deep experience across customer journeys, marketing, sales, and support — essentially working with key stakeholders that shape a product.

Through all of this, one thing has remained constant: It's all about the people.

AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code are powerful, and I am capable of wielding them effectively, not just through prompting, but by building applications, tools and automation pipelines that drive real change and value. That said, they don't replace the human spark. Success still depends on the people around us: the customers we serve, the teammates we collaborate with, and the empathy we bring to our work. Technology is evolving at an ever increasing pace, but our responsibility to each other as humans has never been more important.

This is where I come in — with both a philosophical and ethical stance, supported by practical experience. What we need in this new era of work isn't *just* AI-savvy operators. We need thoughtful, skilled, and human-driven builders.
