- Led cross-functional discovery & delivery uniting AI, mobile, backend, and web teams to advance 360° construction site digitization for companies around the world.
- Tracked product performance using Amplitude, informing data-driven customer check-ins in close collaboration with Customer Success teams.
- Drove product value by expanding key integrations with Autodesk and Procore as primary point of contact, desired by +50% of enterprise customers.
- Led a team of up to nine engineers, applying a servant-leadership style that fostered autonomy as well as personal and professional growth.
- Established a strong product mindset across the team, consistently focusing on outcomes and business impact over technical preferences and premature optimizations.
