Built a fully automated tool for the company's project-acquisition workflow. Owned the entire stack — from product strategy to writing the front-end, back-end, and automation pipelines — and shipped it to production with training and testing.

What I did

• Spearheaded a comprehensive evaluation of market potential for a three-tiered IT-security-focused product to accelerate and strengthen project acquisition through product-led growth and a clear GTM strategy.
• Saved the company hours of manual work by implementing a fully automated tool for project acquisition, owning the complete front-, backend and automation stack end-to-end, from development, to testing, to production deployment and training.
